Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 tbsp for base: rice ( soak in water for 2 hours)


  • 1 tbsp moong dal


  • 1 tbsp moong dal( soak in water in for 2 hours)


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 nos eno fruit


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cups for filling:boiled moong sprouts


  • 50 gms grated paneer


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos chopped tomato


  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli pwr


  • 1 tsp for tadka:mustered seeds


  • 10 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Mix All Ingredients Of Stuffing Properly.
  • Now Grind Rice And Moong Dal Together And Add Water, Salt And Eno To Make A Fine Thick Paste.
  • Now Add Oil In A Pan And Put 1 Tbsp Of The Mixture To Make A Small Chilla. Spread 1 Tsp Of The Mix On That Chilla.
  • Now Cover The Mixture And Add Coriander Leaves, Tomato, Onion And Kari Patta.
  • Use Oil To Cook Both Sides Till It Is Crisp. Serve Hot With Chutney.
